    Hi guys!..

    So.. I wanna create groups in my login script.. How do I do that? Isn't it something like;

    (in constants.php)

    Or what.. ;p?

    And what if I would like to, when the user signs up, that (s)he will be randomly put in one of the gruops?

    I would really appreciate some help Smile

    yea i would probably do something like this in constants.php
    define("GROUP1", "Group 1");
    define("GROUP2", "Group 2");
    define("GROUP3", "Group 3");
    this will set up your group names. to assign your users a group randomly upon registration you might want to generate a random number between 1 and the total number of groups. then when you insert the info into the database you can use this number and associate it with which ever group and put that in your query.

    in the end, the universe tends to unfold as it should...

    Also note that it is your responsibility to die() if necessary.
